hey everyone! it is the examination period. i know some of us might be stressed out and frustrated, not being able to cope with homework, revision, other commitments and all. however, do remember to rest and care for your health. it does pain us to see people getting sick (i hope!).

for those of you who are Christians out there, no matter how busy, do not forget to still spend time with the Lord. and have faith in Him! He will help you pull through. pray for those around you who are disheartened or unwell too. (:

this isn't only for this period of time, but for the whole year. if at any point you see anyone not in the best of moods, do take the initiative to talk to them, to comfort them. even writing a short note will be okay! these acts of kindness will go a long way.. who knows? you might even brighten up (?) someone's day! :D
